Enforcement Procedure

If your request for accessible information or complaint is denied, or if you disagree with the decision made or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5 of Real Decreto 1112/2018, you may file a claim. A claim may also be submitted if no response is received within 20 business days.

Claims can be submitted electronically through the Integrated Citizen Service System, by phone, in person, or through any of the channels provided for in Ley 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Claims will be received and handled by the Galician Agency for Technological Modernisation (AMTEGA) of the Xunta de Galicia.
