Gender parity in the boards of directors or governance structures of entities related to maritime culture should be included as a scoring criterion in grant calls or agreements.

Inclusion of a gender perspective: ensuring that women with technical profiles are included in the teams responsible for designing and developing projects related to the conservation and dissemination of maritime culture.

Technical reports: A) The degree to which the actions have been implemented or are viable, based on the resources and the involvement of the relevant administrations and institutions. B) On possible funding pathways.

International event to discuss and compare the models and guidelines set out by the Galician Maritime Culture Plan with specialised agents from a comparative perspective.

Support cultural and sectoral entities in working together to draft proposals for EU funding, such as Next Generation, Atlantic Area, Interreg or Bauhaus of the Seas.

Agreement by the Xunta: (A) With the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, to safeguard and study the documentary heritage of the maritime captaincies and districts of Galicia, by transferring funds to provincial historical archives and/or inventories, and digitising documents. B) With the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Defence, for the cataloguing of the documentary collections of the Simancas General Archive and the Álvaro de Bazán Naval Archive, respectively.

Meeting forums between: A) Fishermen’s guilds and local gastronomy leaders. B) Port agents and urban planning architects. C) Cultural associations and nautical sports clubs. D) Women from maritime trades and leaders in technological entrepreneurship. E) Others.

List: compilation and unification of fairs, nautical festivals, etc., along the entire Galician coast (Cantabrian and Atlantic).
